I had a couple of disappointing outings, but I like the lady that comes in. There have been a couple of incidents that I felt could have been handled better. We had a little bit of an issue with the caregiver, but it has since been dealt with and straightened out. They provide help with feeding and bathing my dad, and just being with him at home.
